Sales Assistant - 3 Days a Week

A bubbly personality and a good work ethic is a must. We have a strong focus on great customer service. Must be able to lift heavy carseats. 3 Days per Week, 9:15am to 4:15pm (19.5 hours). Every Second Saturday $26 Per Hour Immediate Start Available 9 Month Contract. Covering Maternity Leave. General Answering calls, checking voice messages and taking messages. Serving customers in store, over the phone or email in a professional manner. Greet and welcome customers who enter Baby on the Move in a warm friendly manner. Assist shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for and recommend comparative products. Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers, explaining use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers. Up skill on all products available to ensure product knowledge current. Child Restraint Technician Giving advice & up to date information and installations as per CRT training certificate. Full training provided. Rentals Enter rental agreements into the management system. Organise next hires for 1-2 weeks checking all are available, ready for collection and clearly labelled. Clean returned hire items to a high professional standard alerting to any issues. Merchandising Filling shelves/racks with any missing stock items from storage stock. Price labeling stock items. Checking all seats on display are tidy and buckled up. Stock Management Unpacking any arriving stock orders, checking and signing off packing slip. Checking any orders outstanding and labelling for customer collection. Contact customer for collection. House Keeping Packing down boxes ready for rubbish collection. Placing bins out on collection days. Clearing in store rubbish bins. General Cleaning & Dusting inside & outside of the store.
