Horizon Energy Group – Wellington Central, North Island Aquaheat Facility Services is a premier provider of facility maintenance services being 100% New Zealand owned and operated with over 70 years of history providing a comprehensive range of facility maintenance services to a selected range of local government, commercial, industrial and infrastructure customers throughout New Zealand. Our team provide HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical and Plumbing services to a variety of major clients that range from the education and government sector to commercial buildings in the CBD and state of the art facilities across the region. About the Role: Ideally you will have broad HVAC & Refrigeration installation and/or maintenance experience with the ability to prioritise and manage your work activities. Whilst not essential, the ability to work with and train apprentices and trade assistants will be highly regarded. We are looking for someone who has a genuine belief in providing excellent customer service, is highly motivated. The ideal candidate will have 5 + years-experience in the trade. Willing to be site base with flexiability to move between campus buildings and assit other trades where required The person we seek will have the following skills and experience: HVAC & Refrigeration trade qualifications with at least three years' NZ experience NZ residency and/or valid NZ permit to work A proven background in HVAC installation, maintenance, servicing and remedial repairs Experience with Building BMS Systems and Critical Environments Current NZ Class 1 (car) driver's license Be well presented and have a high degree of self-motivation Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team Maintain a safe work environment Availability to be on-call on a roster basis Excellent communication and customer service skills Wellington Based – Site base support Full time, permanent role Paid birthday leave Life & critical illness cover Company profile: Aquaheat Facility Services is a premier provider of facility maintenance services being 100% New Zealand owned and operated with over 70 years of history providing a comprehensive range of facility maintenance services to a selected range of local government, commercial, industrial and infrastructure customers throughout New Zealand.
