The Green Pinnacle – Auckland, North Island The Green Pinnacle is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Grey Lynn, Auckland . This is a strategic position that sits at the heart of our hospitality operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning whilst driving operational excellence across all areas of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our establishment, from staff management and customer service to financial performance and compliance. What you’ll be doing Overseeing daily operations, ensuring all departments run efficiently and to the highest standards Managing, training, and developing staff across all operational areas, fostering a positive team culture Implementing and maintaining operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained consistently Managing inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships Handling customer concerns and resolving operational issues promptly and professionally Reporting on operational metrics and performance Maintaining health, safety, and compliance across the venue What we’re looking for Proven experience in an operations management role within hospitality, tourism, or a related service industry Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements in the hospitality sector Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and manage change effectively Experience with hospitality management systems and point-of-sale software Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required What we offer At The Green Pinnacle, we value our team and are committed to creating a rewarding workplace.
