RWR Health in Dunedin invites a Theatre Nurse to progress to Clinical Nurse Leader of a private day surgery service. This 0.8 FTE role combines leadership with hands-on perioperative care across gastro, colorectal, general, gynae, bariatric procedures. You'll lead the theatre, mentor colleagues, coordinate staffing and patient flow, and work closely with surgeons and anaesthetists to maintain high clinical standards.
