Tractor / Truck Drivers - 26/27 Season

Three Rivers Contracting is a well-established agricultural contracting and transport business based in Southland. We are gearing up for another big season, and we're looking for skilled operators to join the team. Seasonal and full time roles are available - Our season is typically from mid-October to mid-April. Machines available for experienced operators are John Deere Silage Choppers Pivot Steer Loaders (with pit/stack experience) Precision Planters/Drills Two & Four Rotor Rakes McHale Fusion Balers Ploughs Cultivation equipment Digger Claas 4 & 5 Truck Drivers Umbilical System & Muck Spreaders What we offer Competitive remuneration depending on experience. 40 Hours minimum a week Competitive remuneration based on experience A supportive down-to-earth team environment Variety - no two days are the same Opportunities for career growth within the company The chanced to work with a team that prides itself on being reliable, approachable, and easy to work with. We are looking for Operators who can demonstrate 3 years practical experience within the agriculture/transport sector is desirable but extra training is available to applicants who show potential. Positive attitude and drive to set the company up for success. Class 5 heavy vehicle license advantageous Ability to work on your own and manage self and a small team around you. Be punctual, flexible, professional and be able to keep your paperwork in order. To understand our customer requirements and that work has seasonal fluctuations with some weekend work necessary. An hourly rate of $27 - $37 per hour is on offer based on skills and experience.
