Now, you will take true file ownership and provide strategic input across an enviable mix of: Complex Insurance Law: Front and back-end advisory, including drafting specialist policies (PI, D&O, Statutory Liability, Cyber, and more). Dispute Resolution: High-stakes commercial, insolvency, property, and class action litigation for private and corporate clients. Professional Claim Defence: Defending legal, financial, and construction professionals against high-value claims. Regulatory Defence: Handling complex investigations and prosecutions brought by the FMA, Commerce Commission, SFO, and various disciplinary bodies. About You 3 to 8 years PQE in civil litigation, dispute resolution, or statutory and insurance law from a reputable firm. Advocacy Skills: You have a strong court presence (or the desire to develop one) and excel at drafting pleadings, affidavits, and submissions. Technical Excellence: You possess an intimate understanding of litigation processes and insurance policy structures.
