Consumer Engagement Specialist

Phytomed Medicinal Herbs – Avondale, North Island The purpose of this role is to drive consumer engagement to increase consumer demand and take responsibility for our e-commerce platforms, websites and digital initiatives, to grow sales both online and through traditional retailers. Purpose: The purpose of this role is to drive consumer engagement to increase consumer demand and take responsibility for our e-commerce platforms, websites and digital initiatives, to grow sales both online and through traditional retailers. Key responsibilities: Continually develop and maintain the company’s websites including Kiwiherb.co.nz, Kiwiherb.com.au and Phytomed.co.nz – being responsible for their growth targets. Own the social platforms for all consumer facing brands and align to the relevant regulatory frameworks in each market. Own content creation across email, video, static and audio for social platforms and digital advertising. Lead consumer focused marketing efforts online to build trust to grow sales through both traditional retailers and our e-commerce platforms. Produce monthly reports providing insights into the consumer space. Drive sales through bricks and mortar retailers with consumer focused social activities. Produce a regular podcast with other team members on the benefits of natural health and different approaches to a healthy lifestyle. Manage the costs of digital advertising to be within budget. Ensure that the return on ad spend exceeds target. Support traditional marketing events and activities with social and digital activities. Contribute to the wider roles within the marketing functional area to ensure that it operates as a team. Skills: Demonstrated ability to organise and execute projects. Experience using AI tools in your workflow. Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo or similar tools. Professional level skills on Creative Suite or Canva. Understanding of trends in social media and the ability to produce high quality content regularly. Self-starter. Copywriting (extreme attention to detail is a plus). Experience with digital platforms - TikTok, Meta, M365 and Adobe. Interest in or experience with natural health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
