About theRole Reporting tothe Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-dayrunning of the branch. You'll support your team, deliver exceptional customerservice, and help drive operational performance while maintaining a strongfocus on safety. Yourresponsibilities will include: Leading,coaching and developing a high-performing team. Creatingand maintaining a positive, safety-first culture. Managingcounter operations and customer enquiries. Overseeinginventory, inwards and outwards goods, and stock accuracy. Buildingand maintaining strong relationships with customers across the electricalsectors. Identifyingopportunities to improve processes and deliver outstanding service. About You You'll bringexperience from within the electrical industry and enjoy balancing leadershipwith hands-on involvement in the branch. Ideally,you'll have: Experiencein electrical wholesaling, or a related industry. Previousleadership or supervisory experience. Acustomer-first approach and a passion for building lasting relationships. Strongorganisational and problem-solving skills. Theability to work collaboratively and communicate confidently withcustomers, suppliers and colleagues. Aproactive, positive attitude and the ability to perform well in a busyenvironment.
