Department of Corrections NZ – Invercargill invites applications for a Catering & Laundry Instructor at Invercargill Prison. You will supervise and train staff in a commercial kitchen, deliver meals, support corporate catering, and help prisoners gain NZQA qualifications while promoting good work habits.
