To monitor and coordinate between the central warehouse and branches to verify equipment receipt and dispatch data on time. Oversee warehouse, delivery, and product receipt and dispatch operations to ensure accuracy and order. Verify inventory management documents and prepare accurate transportation reports. Supervise asset coordination (Leasing) to ensure efficient operations. Coordinate between the central warehouse and branches to verify the accuracy of machine receipt and dispatch information according to the schedule. Oversee the warehouse, including tracking the accurate and orderly dispatch and receipt of goods. Verify the accuracy of goods to prevent loss, and maintain cleanliness and proper storage. Ensure the accuracy of all inventory management-related documentation. Support the preparation of transport reports and verify their accuracy and completeness. Comply with ISO standards, including safety, occupational health, and work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Profile description: About you... Well-developed customer service and communication skills Technical aptitude Sound IT knowledge Understanding of network infrastructure A valid NZ full driver's license Strong computing skills including MS Office Strong product knowledge and diagnostic capabilities Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills to disseminate information to a variety of stakeholders We offer: What Ricoh can offer?
