About the Role As a Registered Nurse in the Perioperative Day of Surgery Admission and Discharge Unit (DOSA), you will provide high - quality pre and postoperative nursing care, supporting patients and their whānau throughout their surgical journey. Using your advanced assessment and clinical decision - making skills, you will undertake comprehensive patient assessments, coordinate care, provide education, and ensure patients are prepared for surgery and safely discharged following their procedures.
