Role Description Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, estimates, and tender submissions for commercial flooring projects while supporting project delivery through cost reporting, supplier liaison, and project documentation. Responsibilities Will Include: Prepare quantity take-offs using MeasureSquare software Produce material take-offs, estimates, and tender submissions Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal project teams Assist with variations, cost reporting, and project documentation This Role Will Suit Someone With: Minimum 3 years' experience in flooring quantity surveying or estimating Experience interpreting construction drawings and tender documentation Strong Microsoft Excel skills and MeasureSquare experience (preferred) Knowledge of commercial flooring systems and installation methods Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines About the Company This organisation delivers commercial flooring projects across New Zealand, providing expertise in carpet, vinyl, timber flooring, tiling, waterproofing, concrete preparation, and specialist flooring systems.
