We're looking for motivated Chip Runners / Labourers to join a specialist road sealing crew delivering projects across New Zealand. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting with chip sealing operations on road construction and maintenance projects. Operating chip spreader controls and supporting the efficient application of sealing chip. Communicating with truck drivers and crew members using radios and hand signals. Supporting the safe movement of vehicles and equipment around the worksite. Assisting with general labouring duties, equipment setup, cleaning, and daily maintenance. Working closely with experienced operators and supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. What You’ll Bring We're looking for people with a great attitude who enjoy working as part of a team. Ideally, you’ll have: A Full New Zealand Class 1 or Class 2 Driver Licence (Class 4 is an advantage). Previous experience in civil construction, roading, labouring, or a similar hands-on environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills and the confidence to work alongside drivers and machine operators. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. A strong commitment to Health & Safety.
