The role The WSHO will be responsible for implementing Workplace Safety, Health and Environmental (WSHE) management systems across construction projects, conducting risk assessments, site inspections and incident investigations, while ensuring compliance with WSH regulations, project requirements and statutory authority standards. The role also involves preparing HSE documentation, liaising with project teams and authorities, and promoting a strong safety culture across project sites. Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 + VB Working hours: MON- FRI Office hours HQ Location: Commonwealth, Singapore Key responsibilities Support the Safety Manager in implementing and maintaining the company's Workplace Safety, Health and Environmental (WSHE) management systems across project sites. Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensure compliance with WSH regulations, MOM requirements and company safety procedures. Monitor site activities, enforce safe work practices, and maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping. Prepare and implement Project Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures (SWP), HSE reports, statutory submissions, and other safety documentation. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, clients and relevant authorities including MOM, NEA and PUB on WSHE matters. Organise WSH Committee meetings, conduct HSE training and safety awareness programmes, and support the rehabilitation and return-to-work process following workplace incidents. Lead and supervise site safety personnel to ensure effective implementation of safety initiatives. Requirements Candidates with at least 5 years of experience on LTA projects are preferred Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with relevant MOM-recognised certifications. Experience in construction site safety management, including risk assessments, incident investigations and WSH compliance. Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation, MOM regulations and industry safety standards. Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
