We’re looking for an organised, professional, and people-focused Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team. You’ll manage your own portfolio of properties, provide exceptional service to owners and tenants, and ensure every home in your care meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and presentation. The position is full time and the portfolio is located in Ohakune and Taihape. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of your property portfolio, including advertising, tenant selection, and day-to-day management. Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections, ensuring all reports are completed promptly and accurately. Monitor rent payments and manage arrears in a proactive, professional manner. Provide expert advice to owners on compliance, maintenance, and maximising investment returns. Use systems such as Palace, Tapi, Renti, and Inspection Express to manage your portfolio efficiently. Prepare documentation for Tenancy Tribunal hearings and represent the company where required. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and your team. What You’ll Bring At least one year’s experience in residential property management, or relevant real estate/customer service experience. Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Healthy Homes standards (or willingness to learn). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail. A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, people-focused environment. A Residential Property Management Level 4 Certificate is desirable, or a willingness to complete it while in the role. Why Join Property Brokers?
