Intermediate Architect or Architectural Graduate This is an initial 3-month fixed-term position due to current business requirements. There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent if ongoing workload supports it. Wingates is an award-winning Architecture and Interior Architecture studio with multiple locations throughout New Zealand. We collaborate across all studios to create places that truly matter, reconciling ethics and aesthetics with commercial astuteness to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients and their communities. Specialising in built design and interiors over a wide range of typologies. We are currently working on broad range of exciting projects and as a result we are on the lookout for Intermediate Architect, Architectural Graduate or Architectural Technician with strong technical knowledge to join our Tauranga studio and be part of our wider team on a 3-month contract due to our current workload. What we’re looking for: An Intermediate Architect, Architectural Graduate or Architectural Technician with 7+ years’ experience Strong technical and documentation skills, must be able to lead a project onsite Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite A collaborative mindset and team-first approach Willingness to contribute across all phases of a project and help with administration writing specifications, lodging building consents Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with clients, consultants, and contractors A hands‑on approach to shared office responsibilities - we all pitch in!
