Howtech Fleet Installations – Cambridge, North Island Howtech is growing and we are on the hunt for a a new Office Administrator to join our Cambridge based team. This is an office based part time role offering 30 hours a week with potential room to grow. HOWTECH offers personalised OEM-style wiring solutions, from consultation and planning through to the manufacture of custom wiring harnesses, integrated management systems, and professional vehicle installations. We partner with leading transport operators and technology providers to deliver innovative, market-leading installation services to the commercial fleet industry. We specialise in end-to-end OEM-style installations, including custom lighting, telematics, driver fatigue and distraction monitoring cameras, inverters, in-cab phone and tablet systems, and other associated technologies. Based in Cambridge, HOWTECH provides mobile installation services throughout Waikato, the Bay of Plenty, Auckland, and, upon request, nationwide. In addition to our mobile and workshop-based wiring solutions, we specialise in tailored harness manufacturing and custom management system integration from our Cambridge headquarters. The key to HOWTECH's success is supporting our market-leading products with a high level of technical expertise, professional factory-finish installation services, and ongoing support. This requires strong technical knowledge, meticulous workmanship, and a commitment to consistently delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers. Key Responsibilities Complete daily administrative tasks and requests. Answer incoming phone enquiries during office hours. Enter new jobs received via phone and email into the HOWTECH job management system. Allocate scheduled jobs to technicians via HOWTECH & third party suppliers job management systems. Ensure accurate and detailed data entry. Make initial customer contact and hand over enquiries to Operations. Process all incoming and outgoing stock in the HOWTECH database. Assist in developing, refining, and maintaining process documentation. Manage office inventory and supplies. Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment. Maintain company tools and equipment. Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and wider team. Follow health and safety requirements at all times. Maintain a valid New Zealand driver's licence.
