Senior Solutions Designer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Designer to join our commercial team and help deliver exceptional technology solutions for our clients. This is a client-facing design role that combines technical expertise, commercial thinking and creativity. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, sales and delivery teams to develop practical solutions and communicate them clearly through strong design documentation and presentations. About the role This role goes beyond producing drawings. You'll help shape how technology solutions are developed, communicated and delivered — bringing together technical knowledge, client understanding and thoughtful design. You'll be responsible for: Working with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and technology needs. Participating in discovery meetings, consultations and solution discussions. Translating client requirements into practical, commercially viable technology solutions. Developing high-quality design documentation, schematics, presentations and technical specifications. Supporting solution presentations and technical discussions with clients and project stakeholders. Providing technical input and support to our Sales team during the solution development process. Working with architects, consultants, contractors, integration partners and technology vendors. Supporting coordination with Building Management Systems (BMS) and other building services where required. Managing design deliverables across multiple projects and supporting successful project outcomes. Sharing knowledge and contributing to the continued improvement of our design approach. About you You're an experienced technology designer who enjoys solving complex problems, communicating ideas clearly and working with people to create better outcomes. You'll bring: Experience designing commercial AV, ICT or integrated technology solutions. Strong technical design capability and attention to detail. The ability to understand client requirements and develop practical solutions. Confidence engaging with clients, consultants and internal teams. Experience creating professional design documentation, presentations and technical specifications. The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness. A collaborative approach and a desire to deliver quality outcomes. Highly regarded Experience in the following areas would be an advantage: Building Management Systems (BMS) coordination or integration. Working within construction, architectural or consultancy environments. BIM/Revit workflows. 3D modelling and technical visualisation. Rendering and immersive presentation techniques.
