Acquisition Manager, Coaching, AMP

We’re looking for an experienced Acquisition Manager, Coaching AMP to lead customer acquisition growth across our AMP coaching and adviser businesses, with a focus on pre-retirement and retirement life stage segments. This is a commercially focused marketing leadership role, responsible for developing and delivering acquisition plans, integrated campaigns, forecasting, budget management and performance reporting. In this role you will: Develop and deliver acquisition marketing plans. Support growth across coaching, adviser and related channels. Lead campaign delivery through internal teams & external agencies. Oversee brand & PR activity. 5+ years’ experience managing marketing delivery across acquisition, campaign or growth marketing. Strong experience managing agencies, partners and cross-functional delivery teams. Experience with forecasting, reporting, budget accountability and delivery against commercial targets. Strong planning, execution, analytical and performance measurement capability. Confidence managing brand, PR, content and multi-channel campaign activity. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills. People leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and support others.
