Precast Manager

Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a Precast Project Manager in Wellington. The role is supporting a major civil water infrastructure project in the Wellington region. Main Duties Manage precast production programmed to meet project schedules. Oversee commercial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and risk. Lead procurement and resource planning to support production. Coordinate priorities across multiple projects and production demands. Partner with the Yard Superintendent to deliver efficient day-to-day operations. Build strong relationships with project teams, clients, and suppliers. Drive improvements in productivity, quality, and operational performance. Requirements A qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience). Project management experience within civil construction, manufacturing, or precast concrete. Strong production planning, programming, and procurement experience. Commercial acumen with budgeting and cost management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Benefits Competitive salary package.
