You will have the mana, confidence, and energy to lead change, while providing stability and consistency. You will have a demonstrated commitment to your own professional development and the demonstrated ability to lead English-specific professional development for others. As a member of the school's senior leadership team, you will be expected to live the school's values, work collegially and constructively across the school, and be a role model to all staff in the way you conduct yourself.
