As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive, commercially minded and highly organised Finance Associate – Procurement & Billing to join our expanding finance team. About the Role This is a diverse operational finance role that combines procurement coordination, customer relationship management, commercial reporting and billing support. The primary focus of the role is managing the end‑to‑end procurement process for clinical consumables and equipment—from quotation through to invoicing and delivery—while ensuring exceptional customer service and commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will also provide billing support for Health n Home's community nursing, disability and aged care services during peak periods. This role has a dotted reporting line to both the Finance Manager and the Executive Lead – Operational Growth & Integration. Key Responsibilities – Procurement & Customer Order Management Receive and coordinate customer quotation requests. Receive and prepare Health N home nurse’s quotation requests. Prepare accurate quotations using approved pricing schedules. Assess and monitor product mark‑ups and profitability. Issue quotations and proactively follow up to maximise conversion rates. Maintain a quotation register and monitor pipeline performance. Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, stock availability and lead times. Raise purchase orders and coordinate procurement activities. Arrange dispatch and delivery of confirmed orders. Monitor deliveries and resolve supplier or logistics issues. Keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle. Maintain accurate procurement records. Prepare invoices for consumables and equipment sales. Support billing of community nursing, disability and aged care services. Resolve customer billing enquiries. Support revenue tracking and billing accuracy. Assist with customer account reconciliations. Reporting Support Consumables sales and profitability reporting. Mark‑up and margin analysis. Outstanding quotation tracking. Customer order status reporting. Revenue and billing performance reporting. Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and commercial performance. About You Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage competing priorities. Commercially minded with strong analytical capability. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ideally You Will Have Experience in procurement, purchasing, finance administration or customer service. Experience preparing quotations and invoices. Experience using Xero or similar accounting software. Knowledge of Australian GST and taxation requirements (advantageous).
