What you'll be doing Answering customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media Troubleshooting product and technical issues Providing product advice and guidance in a friendly, professional manner Escalating more complex issues when required Processing order enquiries, exchanges and returns Maintaining accurate customer records and case notes Building strong product knowledge across an exciting range of consumer technology Working closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience About you We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and has a natural curiosity for technology. Previous experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Contact Centre or Help Desk environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Confidence using multiple computer systems at once Great attention to detail and organisational skills A positive attitude and team-first mindset The ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer enquiries A genuine interest in technology and learning new products Experience supporting consumer electronics or technical products is advantageous What's in it for you?
