Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based, intensive, and short-term treatment model that empowers whānau to reduce youth offending, improve school attendance, and support at risk rangatahi to remain with their whānau. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify ecological strengths and challenges. Developing treatment plans and interventions grounded in MST principles. Partnering with whānau and key stakeholders to address barriers and ensure safety plans are in place. Provide on-call support to MST clients as part of a collaborative team approach. Engaging in regular supervision and professional development to ensure high-quality service delivery. The salary offered for this role is $87,926.40 - $102,000.00 per annum (placement within this band is based on qualifications and experience). To thrive in this role, you will have: A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field, along with relevant clinical training. Current full registration with a professional body such as SWRB, NZPB, Occupational Therapy NZ, NZ Medical Council, NZAC or DAPAANZ. Proficiency in applying family systems theory, CBT, and other behaviourally based approaches. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse groups. A full New Zealand driver's licence. Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
