We're looking for an experienced, highly organised Executive Assistant / Business Support professional to join our Cambridge office and play a pivotal role in supporting our North Island General Manager, Senior Leadership Team, and wider business. What you'll be doing Executive Support Provide high-level support to the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team. Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Manage calendars, priorities, and workflow. Prepare professional presentations, reports, and business documentation. Business Reporting & Administration Produce and distribute weekly and monthly business reports. Assist with operational and performance reporting. Support leadership reporting requirements and business insights. Maintain reporting templates and ensure information accuracy. Prepare and maintain policies, procedures, and business documentation. Office Management Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Cambridge office. Coordinate facilities, office supplies, and general administration. Support onboarding and administrative requirements for team members. Ensure the office environment reflects the professionalism of the Total Life brand. Regional Coordination Act as a key liaison between our Cambridge, Christchurch, and Invercargill teams. Support communication and coordination of national initiatives. Assist with operational improvements and process implementation. Help maintain consistency across systems, documentation, and workflows. What we're looking for Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Business Support, or senior administration position. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using CRM systems. Experience preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work. Bonus points if you have Experience within financial services, insurance, lending, or another professional services environment.
