About the Role As our Assistant Manager, you'll work side by side with the Store Manager to drive the business. You'll be leading from the front, making sure the store performs, the team stays sharp, and every customer walks out looking and feeling good. In this role, you'll: Run the floor and drive a strong sales culture Support with rosters, targets, and daily operations Train, coach, and lift the team every shift Keep the store looking slick and stock under control Be the calm head and decision maker when things get busy About You You've already got some leadership under your belt and you're ready for more. You're results-driven, love working with people, and know how to bring the best out of a team.
