Job Description

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a growing Data & Analytics team , playing a key role in delivering reporting, driving automation, and improving data quality across the business. This is a hands‑on opportunity where you’ll collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and a wide range of business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights. You’ll design and develop impactful reports and dashboards, automate manual processes, and help ensure the business has access to accurate, reliable data that supports informed decision‑making. About You We’re looking for someone who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Ideally, you’ll bring: 2–4 years' experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst role. Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and optimise complex queries. Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel. Experience working with Databricks (highly desirable). Exposure to Azure, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts will be an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights to a range of stakeholders.
