MINDS seeks a proactive Facilities/Project Manager to support CM & A&A scope, cost estimates and tender specs for consultancy, and to co-participate in evaluations for awarding consultancy. You will work with consultants and stakeholders to detail the scope for main contractors, monitor site progress, conduct site meetings, inspect work, and ensure Fire Safety, RA and permits compliance through to completion and defect liability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
