The Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Research Associate who will primarily be responsible for conducting advanced in vivo cancer model studies and related animal research. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking cell therapy products. As a Senior Research Associate, you will engage with world-class scientists while gaining invaluable experience in R&D. You will perform hands-on bench work, ensuring timely project completion and the delivery of key objectives. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will advance our cell therapy pipeline by: Planning and executing in vivo Proof-of-Concept (POC) studies for cancer immunotherapy programs. Maintaining complete, accurate, and well-organized records of experiments, observations, and results. Analyzing and interpreting experimental data, preparing clear presentations, and delivering timely study updates and reports. Ensuring that all animal studies are conducted in accordance with approved IACUC protocols, animal welfare requirements, and institutional guidelines. Job Requirements A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Immunology, Biology, Cancer Biology, or a related life sciences field. Minimum 5 years of relevant lab experience (industry or academia), including hands-on experience with mouse models, animal handling, monitoring, and in vivo procedures (administration techniques, including intravenous, intraperitoneal, and subcutaneous injections; blood and tissue collection). Experience in establishing cancer or autoimmune disease models. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and documentation skills. A team mindset, integrity in data handling, and highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills, with a genuine passion for innovation and problem-solving. Experience with gene and cell therapy or cancer immunotherapy is an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
