Land Services HB Ltd – Havelock North, North Island, is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to care for buildings and landscapes as part of our team, supporting high-end property developments in the Tuki Tuki Valley. The successful applicant will perform interior and exterior building care, grounds maintenance, and landscape upkeep for the Black Barn portfolio of short-term rental lodges and surrounding grounds. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call weekend work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
