The Warehouse in Canterbury is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to be based at our in-store service desk on Saturdays. You will help customers with inquiries and handle returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers with a friendly, efficient approach. You'll also support Loss Prevention and assist in supervising the Checkout area to ensure smooth, accurate transactions.
