Senior Designer

What are we looking for? We’re looking for a Senior Designer to step into a pivotal role. This is a chance to lead creative projects end-to-end, work closely with a small dynamic team, and bring bold ideas to life across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences. What you’ll do Lead design projects across brand, digital, campaigns, and activations. Collaborate with strategists, other creatives, and developers to deliver work that’s both strategic and beautiful. Work hands-on across design platforms, with a strong emphasis on digital execution. Ensure every output, whether brand identity, website, or campaign, meets the highest creative and craft standards. What we're looking for: An experienced designer with a strong portfolio across brand and digital. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Strong conceptual thinking – you can shape the big idea as well as polish the details. Confidence working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team. Great communication skills – you can present, persuade, and lead clients through creative work.
