The ward provides care for a wide range of medical conditions, including acute, sub-acute, and chronic illnesses. Patients receive support for diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management. The Medical Ward also cares for people at the end of life and those choosing Assisted Dying who cannot access this service in the community.The Medical Ward is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supported by a friendly and collaborative team. You'll be well-supported by our Associate Clinical Nurse Managers (ACNMs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Health Care Assistants (HCAs), and Nurse Educators, all working together to provide excellent patient care.
