We're looking for a Technical Sales Manager who can confidently combine sales expertise with technical knowledge to grow our presence across New Zealand. We're looking for a Technical Sales Manager who can confidently combine sales expertise with technical knowledge to grow our presence across New Zealand. What You'll Do: Build and grow relationships with wineries, distilleries, breweries. Provide expert guidance on barrel selection, oak species, toast levels, and maturation outcomes. Deliver tastings, product presentations, and customer visits. Manage the sales process from prospecting through to quotation and order placement. Work closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless delivery. Track opportunities, forecasts, and sales performance. What You'll Bring: Proven success in B2B technical sales. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a practical, customer-focused way. Experience in wine, spirits, brewing, food production, ingredients, or related industries is highly desirable. A proactive, consultative sales approach with a passion for helping customers succeed. Must be a New Zealand citizen or resident. Bonus Points For: Background in winemaking, distilling, brewing, enology, fermentation science, or cooperage.
