H J Asmuss & Co Ltd – Hamilton, North Island We're looking for a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our team at our Te Rapa,Hamilton site. This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity where you'll play an important role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch, as well as loading and unloading trucks using a forklift and overhead gantry crane. You'll also receive and check incoming stock, put products away in the correct locations, and help maintain accurate inventory records through stocktakes and warehouse documentation. We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and is committed to working safely and efficiently. You'll have opportunities to contribute ideas for continuous improvement while helping to keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running at its best. Hours of Work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Enjoy consistent weekday hours and a great work‑life balance as part of a friendly and supportive team. We are ideally looking for someone who has: Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution environment Must have a clean full driver's licence, F-endorsement is preferred and makes you a standout candidate Strong work ethic, reliability and is comfortable with a physically demanding role You are solution-focused and resilient under pressure A strong desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work.
