Rosewood Cape Kidnappers is seeking a Cluster Talent & Culture Manager to support T&C functions across New Zealand properties. The role is based at Cape Kidnappers with remote support for Rosewood Kauri Cliffs and Rosewood Matakauri, and occasional travel between sites. The position requires extensive T&C experience in hospitality, strong NZ employment law knowledge, and a commitment to a 45+ hour week on a rostered schedule.
