Job Description

Administrator - Receivables, Data and Maintenance Join the Group Support team in Hāwera as the next Administrator – Receivables, Data and Maintenance. This varied role plays an important part in supporting the finance and administration functions that keep the Group’s businesses running smoothly. Group Support provides the operational and administrative backbone for Excel Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, EcoChill and ICE Electrical brands, delivering systems, processes and business services that enable these businesses to succeed and grow. The Role The Administrator – Receivables, Data and Maintenance provides essential administrative support across accounts receivable, customer data and maintenance administration. Working closely with Branch Managers, Service Supervisors and customers, the position helps ensure efficient processes, accurate records and a high standard of service across the Group. Core responsibilities: Issue customer invoices accurately and on time Manage accounts receivable, including payment allocations, reconciliations and debtor collections Respond to customer account and invoice enquiries professionally Maintain customer records, contracts and site information within simPRO Set up and manage recurring jobs and invoices in simPRO Support maintenance administration, including scheduling, reporting, contract administration, quotations, CPI increases and contract renewals Resolve invoicing and account queries Prepare accounts receivable and debtor reports Assist with month-end finance activities and provide general administrative assistance Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will enjoy variety, take pride in producing accurate work and thrive in a role where organisation and attention to detail make a real difference.
