Civil Engineer / Three Waters Engineer

About the role BTW is seeking a Civil and Three Waters Engineer to join our growing team in Hamilton. You'll work on a variety of civil, environmental, and three waters projects, making a real impact across the Waikato region. You'll be a core part of our engineering team, collaborating closely with colleagues across offices. The role is primarily design-focused, with opportunities to work on construction, investigations, and project management. Key responsibilities Provide engineering design services and practical solutions from issue identification to construction. Undertake civil design, investigations, reporting, and sketches to professional standards. Manage projects, prepare contract documentation, supervise works, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. Support other team members as needed across water, civil, and structural engineering. About you Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar (e.g., Bachelor of Engineering - Civil) 3+ year's NZ experience in civil, three waters, or environmental engineering Committed to timely, high-quality deliverables Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage Strong communication, critical thinking, and active listening skills Have checked out our BTW Company video (see link above) and love our values and the things we do!
