Working closely with the Panel Foreman and Manager, you’ll assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, coordinate insurance approvals, and keep jobs moving efficiently from estimate to completion. What’s Offer Competitive remuneration based on experience A stable, full-time position with a respected repair business Modern workshop facilities and systems Supportive management and experienced staff Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development A positive team culture focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Duties Inspecting damaged vehicles and preparing accurate repair estimates using iBodyshop Determining repair methods, labour requirements, and parts in conjunction with the Panel Foreman Submitting and managing insurance approvals Coordinating workflow with the workshop to maximise productivity Communicating repair progress with customers and insurance companies Monitoring estimate accuracy, cost variations, and final invoicing Maintaining complete and compliant repair documentation Supporting workshop KPI achievement, including productivity, efficiency, labour gross profit, and job throughput About You At least 3 years' experience as an Automotive Estimator or Insurance Repair Coordinator While someone with estimating experience is ideal, we would also consider a Panel Beater looking to get off the tools as training will be provided A solid understanding of collision repair processes and insurance repair procedures Experience using iBodyshop or similar estimating software Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail The ability to work collaboratively within a busy workshop environment A current full driver's licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
