We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers while helping us attract great talent across our diverse group of businesses. This is more than just posting ads and scheduling interviews. You'll play a key role in shaping our recruitment experience, supporting employer branding initiatives, coordinating onboarding, and help People Business Partners deliver their talent acquisition goals. What you'll be doing As our Recruitment Coordinator, you'll support recruitment from advertising through to onboarding, ensuring every candidate enjoys a professional and positive experience. You'll also: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling Conduct phone screening and coordinate pre-employment checks Prepare offers and support onboarding Facilitate Group induction programmes Produce recruitment reporting and maintain recruitment systems, piloting new digital and AI based recruitment tools to improve recruitment Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives Partner with hiring managers and our People & Performance team to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes With spare capacity you have you have the opportunity to also provide project coordination, training coordination, and be exposed to new HRM practices No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. About you You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll bring: Experience in recruitment, recruitment coordination or HR administration Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication A proactive, solutions-focused mindset High attention to detail Confidence managing multiple priorities Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using HR or recruitment systems Experience coordinating learning or training activities would be an advantage but isn't essential.
