What You’ll Be Doing Taking on a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work Building strong relationships with our clients and providing standout customer service Troubleshooting electrical issues and delivering practical, effective solutions Following all health, safety, and quality standards Supporting and mentoring junior team members Helping us continually improve the way we deliver our electrical services What We’re Looking For A fully qualified Electrician with a current practising license Ideally 3+ years’ experience as an Industrial Electrician (but we’re happy to train the right person) Strong technical abilities across a variety of systems and equipment Confident problem-solving and fault-finding skills Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset A solid commitment to health and safety Someone who can work well independently and as part of a team Full NZ drivers license What You’ll Enjoy With Us At Entech Solutions, we want 2026 to be a year of growth for you and for us.
