We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing strategy, grow new-patient acquisition, and produce high-quality content that showcases our services. About the role This is a hands-on marketing role combining strategy, analytics, and content production. Because our clinical team is fully engaged with patients earlier in the week, content production and campaign work are scheduled later in the week and on weekends. This role therefore works Wednesday to Sunday, and weekend availability is an essential operational requirement of the position. Key responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing and new-patient acquisition strategies. Plan, produce, and edit photo and video content for web and social channels. Manage and optimise the practice website and landing pages to improve conversion. Measure campaign performance and make data-driven improvements. Manage social media, content calendars, and any external partners or agencies. Identify and implement process improvements that support marketing operations. Skills and experience Proven experience in a digital marketing role covering strategy, content, and campaign management. Demonstrated success growing customer/client acquisition through digital channels. Skills in video and image editing (e.g. DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro/CapCut, Adobe Photoshop). Strong analytical skills with a track record of measuring and improving campaign performance. Excellent communication and project-management skills. Available to work Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends.
