Oranga Tamariki in Kaitaia is seeking social workers to join our whānau‑orientated team. The role focuses on keeping tamariki in the hearts of all we do, applying mana tamaiti and Tikanga Māori in practice, with regular supervision and staff wellbeing. Key duties include hearing tamariki voices, coordinating with whānau, conducting safety checks, working with community partners, and advocating for tamariki to reach their full potential.
