Real Estate Administrator

We're seeking a vibrant, customer-focused administrator to join our Darfield Real Estate team. You'll bring energy, personality, and a genuine interest in the property sector. Darfield Office Monday to Friday: 9am till 3pm Our office supports and provides wider regional support to greater Canterbury area, across rural, lifestyle, commercial, and residential sales. This part-time (27.5hrs per week) role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to work closely with clients, service providers, and colleagues. No two days are the same, and your contribution and using your initiative will be key in a fast-paced, people first environment. Key Responsibilities: Produce documentation and contracts from draft Maintain secure information storage and retrieval systems Assist with the preparation of appraisals/current market appraisals Accurately load Agency Agreement information in preparation to release to websites Provide administration support for the day to day running of the Real Estate office. Manage advertising, Vendor marketing spend and marketing materials What You'll Bring: Real Estate industry experienceis preferred - but not essential for the right fit Experience with social media platforms desirable Interest or passion for photography/videography is a bonus Considerable administration experience and fully competent with Microsoft Office Professional Suite. Working knowledge of Property Suite operating software would be advantageous Proven time management and organisational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills with an eye for detail Effective team member who also has the ability and discipline to work autonomously.
