Join our welcoming team at our 9-bed housing and recovery service, with a planned respite service, where you'll support tangata whaiora to build independence, reconnect with their communities, and achieve meaningful recovery goals. We have one permanent full-time opportunity available, working across a 24/10 rotating roster (Monday–Sunday) . In this rewarding role, you'll: Support tangata whaiora to attend mental and physical health appointments and strengthen whānau connections. Support people to transition into independent living and thrive in their communities. Build positive relationships with internal teams and community partners. Maintain accurate records and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture. You should have a genuine interest in supporting people to achieve their goals, learn new skills, and build meaningful community connections. To be successful in this role, you will need: NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4) or equivalent. A current First Aid certificate including CPR, or the willingness and ability to complete this Experience with recovery-focused approaches and managing challenging behaviours.
