Senior Security Technician - CCTV, Access Control & Networks | Auckland | Full-time Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in one of New Zealand's fastest growing security integrators ? Nextro is looking for an experienced Senior Security Technician to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, network and WiFi systems across a range of tier 1 client sites - from critical infrastructure, transportation and logistics, through to shopping centres. Nextro is a growing cyber, physical and electronic security provider. In this role, you'll work closely with our Service Delivery Manager, Project Managers, Engineering and Support teams to execute on proactive and reactive installation and maintenance tasks. You'll play a key role in helping our customers' sites remain operational and secure. Key Responsibilities Install and commission CCTV, access control, network, WiFi and UPS solutions Diagnose complex system, connectivity, cabling and power issues Complete onsite and remote upgrades and planned maintenance Lead onsite technical work and support junior technicians Conduct site surveys and recommend system improvements Complete accurate commissioning reports and service documentation Maintain high health, safety and quality standards What You'll Bring Strong CCTV and access control experience Some IP networking knowledge and good low-voltage cabling knowledge Excellent fault-finding and communication skills A professional, client-focused approach The ability to work independently and lead work onsite A current New Zealand driver's licence, PSPLA CoA (Technician) Experience with enterprise security platforms, fibre, IQP requirements or critical infrastructure environments would be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
