Shop Assistant - Riccarton Westfield and The Palms shopping centre Short-Term Retail Assistant – Riccarton Westfield and The Palms Shopping Centre We are looking for reliable and motivated team members to join our kiosk at Riccarton Westfield and The Palms Shopping Centre from August 2026 to October 2026, with the potential for long-term employment. Available Positions: Part-time: 2–3 days per week (must be available for late nights and weekends) Casual: On-call as required Our store specialises in gifts and accessories. This role involves working independently (sole charge), so a strong sense of responsibility and initiative is essential. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience Operate the kiosk independently with confidence Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented display at all times Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked Manage day-to-day operations efficiently To Be Successful in This Role Be honest, reliable, and responsible Have a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Be customer-focused with strong communication skills Be self-motivated and able to work independently Have good time management and accountability Flexibility is important. You must be available to work late nights, weekends, and provide cover for staff leave or sickness when required. The ability to travel between different mall locations is an advantage.
