Paving Foreman

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Foreperson to lead a surfacing crew delivering essential infrastructure projects. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys being out on site, supporting your team, and getting the job done safely and efficiently, this could be the opportunity for you. About the Role As Foreperson, you'll be responsible for leading daily surfacing operations, coordinating crews, managing resources, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Leading and coordinating site crews Planning and scheduling daily workflow Managing plant, materials, and resources Maintaining high safety and quality standards Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders Driving productivity and team performance What You'll Bring Experience in asphalt surfacing or road maintenance Strong organizational and problem-solving skills A practical, hands-on approach to leadership Commitment to health and safety best practice Excellent communication and teamwork skills Class 2 License and WTR endorsement Class 4 Advantageous (but not essential) What's on Offer?
