Wairoa Kindergarten – Wairoa, North Island Early learning / kōhanga reo, Certificated teacher Suitable for beginning teachers We are seeking a passionate and adaptable qualified early childhood teacher, who has the flexibility to work across our 2 Wairoa kindergartens, build effective relationships and support individual kindergarten philosophies. This role is covered by the Kindergarten Teachers, Head Teachers and Senior Teachers Collective Agreement 2023-2026 We welcome applicants from outside the area, and relocation support may be available for the successful candidate. What you'll be doing if you work for Napier Kindergartens Providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 2-5 years Developing and implementing engaging learning programmes that align with the Te Whāriki curriculum Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community Documenting children's learning and development and contributing to centre operations Collaborating with the teaching team to ensure a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment What we're looking for Passionate, enthusiastic teachers A recognised early childhood teaching qualification and current teacher registration Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and a collaborative approach to teaching Adaptable and flexible teachers who enjoy working across different kindergartens If you are a passionate and experienced certified teacher who is eager to make a difference in the lives of young children, we encourage you to apply.
