To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have A genuine passion for supporting people Excellent communication and leadership skills Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude The ability to think on your feet and use initiative Experience supporting people with disabilities (preferred) A Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or willingness to work towards one A great sense of humour and commitment to teamwork Values and practices that align with Aspire's core values You must have: The availability to work in a 24/5 rostered service Outstanding written and spoken English A full driver's license is essential (please note that due to the nature of this role, those who hold a learner's or restricted license cannot be considered) Ability to satisfactorily complete Oranga Tamariki and Police Vetting.
